Since I've had pneumonia, the only thing that has appealed to me are hot soups, broths, and stews. This photo was taken at the Hali'imaile General Store Restaurant, a restaurant I've featured before in this blog. This dish may not look all that great, but trust me, it was delicious and hearty!
The delicious buffet was catered by Longhi's, a well-established fine dining restaurant on Maui.
