Mango Madness

We have several mango trees on our property, and the mangoes shown in the photograph above is of a different variety than the others. These mangoes are just beginning to ripen, and we've done some taste tests to determine which variety we prefer. And we prefer the other variety although this one is extremely photogenic--especially at sunset.

I've already made a delicious mango chutney from these mangoes, and now I plan to experiment around with creating mango lassis!
